we're not quite sure what would be asked frequently but here goes.
1. Do you have a store I could go to?
No. we don't have a store, we're just at comic conventions and stuff and we also take orders online.
2. So how do I order?
There are a couple of ways. One, you could call us, and ask us nicely if we have the books you want. Or email us your list of books and we'll get back to you if we have them or not. We can post them to you, or meet up with you, or you can just collect them from us at comicons.
3. Do you have lots of stock? How do I know what books you have?
We do not have the habit of keeping much stocks. We prefer to order in a bit at a time. and mostly we take standing orders from our customers, or that you tell us what you want and we'll let you know if it's available or not.
4. Then what books do you carry?
We have all sorts of books. We're a licensed bookseller by default but we choose to bring in manga instead. We've brought in a host of Popular US Publishers, such as Tokyopop, Dark Horse, Brocolli Books, ShonenJump, Viz, etc. We're also inclined to bringing in the elusive Yaoi titles that are hard to obtain in Malaysia. We also bring in Chuang Yi (singapore) books to you, to enable our readers to get a cheaper alternative to the US bound books. We usually have to check with our suppliers if they have it in stock.
5. Do you need a deposit?
Usually for our new customers, it's obligatory to take in a deposit for the books that we bring in for them(about RM10-20). However once we've become more acquainted with them, this may or may not be neccesary.
6. if I'm really far away... how can I get the books?
Sometimes if I'm nice, I'll magically send the books over. But other days, when my magic is running low, we have to depend on PostLaju. depending on what you order, and the weight, it'll be charged seperately. ( unless stated)
7. erm so what is it again?
Call, SMS, email us for what you want.. we're REALLY nice.. kindaaa... don't be shy we're just like you!
